By downloading, installing, or using the Moments Desktop application ("App"), developed by Paladoriom, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. Intellectual Property & User Ownership
You retain full, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all thoughts, notes, reflections, insights, and content you write into Moments Desktop. Paladoriom claims no ownership, licensing, or access rights over your journal content.
3. License of Use
Paladoriom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Moments Desktop application on your personal Windows computer solely for your individual, non-commercial journaling, note-taking, and wellness tracking.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide a reliable, performant, and bug-free experience, Paladoriom does not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Paladoriom or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, including loss of journal data resulting from hardware failure, operating system corruption, or accidental deletion of local files. We encourage regular backups using the app's built-in JSON Export feature.
6. Changes to Terms
Paladoriom reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date.
